Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and PCMarkets.io (“PCMarkets”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your access to and use of the PCMarkets decentralised prediction market platform, including all associated features, smart contracts, APIs, and interfaces.
By connecting your wallet, accessing the platform, or interacting with any PCMarkets smart contract, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Platform
PCMarkets is a decentralised prediction market protocol that enables users to create and participate in permissionless prediction markets on various outcomes, including cryptocurrency prices, economic indicators, political events, and sports results.
The platform operates via smart contracts deployed on public blockchains. PCMarkets provides a front-end interface to interact with these contracts but does not custody user funds or control market outcomes. All trades and resolutions occur on-chain and are governed by smart contract logic.
PCMarkets is a technology provider. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of any kind regarding market outcomes.

Market Participation
Creating Markets
Users may create prediction markets subject to review and approval by PCMarkets. Submitted markets must comply with our Market Creation Terms and Platform Rules. We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any market at our discretion.
Participating in Markets
When you purchase positions in a market, you are entering into a smart contract-enforced agreement. Positions may increase or decrease in value based on market activity. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
Market Resolution
Markets resolve based on the criteria stated at the time of market creation. In cases of dispute or ambiguity, PCMarkets may act as a resolver of last resort. Resolution decisions by PCMarkets are final.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Creating markets intended to manipulate financial markets or spread disinformation
- Attempting to game, exploit, or front-run smart contract logic
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain unfair advantage
- Engaging in wash trading, collusion, or other market manipulation
- Creating markets on illegal activities, sensitive personal matters, or content that violates our Platform Rules
- Circumventing geographic restrictions through VPNs or other means
- Interfering with the platform’s technical infrastructure or security systems
- Impersonating PCMarkets, its team, or other users
Violation of these prohibitions may result in restrictions on your ability to access the platform and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Fees & Transactions
PCMarkets charges the following fees:
- Market creation fee: 0.1% of initial liquidity
- Trading fee: 0.3% per trade, split between the protocol and market creators
- Gas fees: All on-chain transactions require gas fees paid in the native token of the relevant blockchain. These fees are not charged by PCMarkets and are not refundable.
Fee structures may change at any time. Updated fees will be reflected in the platform UI before they take effect. All fees are deducted automatically by smart contracts at the time of transaction.
Transactions on public blockchains are irreversible. Ensure all transaction details are correct before confirming. PCMarkets cannot reverse or refund transactions.
